Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD)
We currently accept PayPal as our primary payment method
The price displayed at checkout is the final price — there are no hidden fees or surprise charges
Sales tax, if required by law, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address
We do not charge sales tax at checkout — customers are responsible for any applicable local or state taxes based on their location
If a pricing error occurs on our site, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund to your original payment account

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of your order.

The order cannot be shipped to the provided address

If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment account within 2 business days.

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing support@maisonnativa.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — please refer to our Return and Refund Policy at that point.

Shipping

We ship to the contiguous United States only (the 48 connected states). We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Returns and Refunds

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and accessories.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment account used at checkout within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

Warranty

All power tools sold on maisonnativa.com include a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

This warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or products purchased from unauthorized sellers. For full terms, please see our Warranty Policy.

Special note on lithium-ion batteries: Power tools that include lithium-ion batteries are subject to U.S. carrier shipping regulations when returned. Please do not return any battery-containing product without first contacting our support team. Damaged or swollen batteries should not be shipped under any circumstances — contact us immediately if you receive a product with a battery concern.
