We stand behind the tools we sell. Every power tool purchased from maisonnativa.com comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty — because if something goes wrong due to a manufacturing issue within that first year, we want to make it right.


What's Covered: 1-Year Limited Warranty

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use, for 12 months from the date of delivery.

This includes:

  • Defects caused by faulty materials
  • Failures resulting from improper manufacturing
  • Product malfunctions that occur during normal, intended home use within the warranty period

The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.


What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, dropping, abuse, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear over time (including gradual battery capacity reduction)
  • Consumable parts such as drill bits, sanding blades, or accessories
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs, disassembly, or modifications
  • Water damage, improper storage, or exposure to extreme conditions
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the tool's function

We aim to be fair in every case. If you're unsure whether your issue qualifies, contact us first — we'd rather talk through it than have you assume you're not covered.


Battery and Charger Coverage

Batteries and chargers included with your tool are covered under the same 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Normal battery capacity reduction over time with regular use is expected and is not considered a defect. If your battery fails suddenly, won't hold any charge, or exhibits abnormal behavior early in its life, that may indicate a manufacturing issue — contact us and we'll assess it.

Safety note: Do not attempt to return a battery that appears swollen, leaking, or damaged without contacting us first. We will provide specific handling and shipping instructions.


How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Your full name and order number
  2. A clear description of the issue
  3. Photos or a short video showing the defect or malfunction
  4. The date your order was delivered

Our team will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. If we need the product returned for inspection, we'll send you detailed instructions by email.

Please do not ship anything back without receiving written instructions from us first.


How We Resolve Warranty Claims

If your claim is approved, we will:

  1. Replace the product with the same or a comparable model (our first preference), or
  2. Repair the defective item if replacement is not available, or
  3. Issue a refund or store credit in cases where neither repair nor replacement is feasible

All resolutions depend on product availability and the nature of the defect. We'll communicate your options clearly before proceeding.


Warranty Shipping Costs

If the defect is confirmed by our team: we cover return shipping costs.

If the claim is not yet verified: the customer covers initial return shipping.

For the replacement or repaired item sent back to you: we cover outbound shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for any return. We are not responsible for warranty items lost in transit without proof of delivery.


Your Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. Additional rights may vary by state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so certain limitations above may not apply to you.
