Shipping policy

We want your order to arrive on time and in good condition. This page covers where we ship, how long it takes, and what to do if something goes wrong.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only — the 48 connected states.

We are not able to ship to the following at this time:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders. No minimum order amount required.

What you see at checkout is what you pay — no shipping fees added at the end.


How We Handle Inventory and Fulfillment

Power tools are heavier and bulkier than most products. To make sure your order ships quickly, we pre-stock inventory in our U.S. warehouse before products are listed for sale.

Most orders are ready to ship within 1–3 business days of being placed.

In the rare case of an inventory shortage, we will:

  • Email you promptly to explain the situation
  • Offer a revised delivery estimate
  • Cancel your order and issue a full refund immediately if you'd prefer not to wait

We won't leave you waiting without an explanation.


Processing and Delivery Time

Order processing: 1–3 business days Standard shipping (contiguous U.S.): 5–7 business days Estimated total delivery time: 6–10 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

During peak seasons such as November through December, processing may take 4–5 business days.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • The carrier name
  • A direct link to track your package

Please allow up to 24 hours after the shipping confirmation email for tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

If you haven't received tracking details within 48 hours of your processing window, email us at support@maisonnativa.com and we'll look into it right away.


Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we'll contact you by email. Re-shipping may require an additional fee.


Changing or Canceling Your Order

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes. At that point, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for next steps.


Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and a description of the issue.

We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please keep all original packaging materials — carriers may request photos during the investigation process.


Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated timeframes above, delays can occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier operational disruptions
  • Holiday shipping volume
  • Other circumstances outside our control

Once a package is in the carrier's hands, we can't control the timeline — but we will always help you track down your order and communicate with the carrier on your behalf.
